Jeremiah Heidebrecht, otherwise known as Fresh the Prophet, is a fifteen year-old, hip-hop artist from Lancaster, Pennsylvania who just recently moved to New York City. Jeremiah, and his manager and audio engineer Daniel, work collaboratively to perfect his music. He began rapping in sixth grade; freestyling in the cafeteria with his friends, and hasn’t stopped since. Jeremiah found his sound through experimentation with music, as well as from inspiration from rappers like old Nas, old Eminem, Biggie Smalls, and Mos Def. Jeremiah’s raps are primarily influenced by music from the 90’s. He is currently working on his next mixtape, Freshman, which he plans to release before the summer. Just recently he dropped his latest rap called “Sneakers On The Wire”.
